Sinan Saip Bel graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University,  one of the most reputable engineering university in Turkey.

After having started the professional life in 1999 at Energy Group of Koc Holding-Turkey and worked successfully for almost 4 years, his automotive focused career started from the basis as as Service Consultant at BMW-MINI brands at Borusan Oto (Exclusive distributor of BMW-MINI-Land Rover- Range Rover brands in Turkey) in 2003. Then he works as the After sales Regional Chief at AUDI Dogus Otomotiv (Exclusive distributor of VW Group brands) between 2004-2008, supporting newcomer Lamborghini and Bentley for a limited period at the same time.

In 2008, he has been transferred as After sales Manager at Fer Mas Oto which is the official distributor of Ferrari & Maserati brands and a subsidiary of Tofas A.S. (a joint venture company of Koc Holding Turkey and FCA/Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Italy. As of 2014, he became the General Manager of the company and Member of Board. During his successful career as Fer Mas GM, the company has gained a lot of market share, awarded as the “Fastest Growing Brand with Maserati” award, many international awards about After sales Excellence. The financial structure of the company has also been stabilized with real growth, resulted in positive balance sheets since 2016 and 3 years in sequence, first time in company history.

Being an Italian speaker helps Mr. Bel to understand Italian automotive producers’ culture from firsthand. He has been selected as the director of Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands in 2017 besides his management duty in Fer Mas Company.

Mr. Bel is the sole and principal investor of the business enterprise and will serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As evidenced in Schedule A of the Operating Agreement, he owns 100% of the ownership interest in PASE Consulting.
