Industrial Engineer (Miami Gardens, FL)

Develop solutions for clients’ operations including implementing and recommending improvements or modifications to existing or new ERP solutions. Implement Lean Management System to entire organization. Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement strategies. Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze and improve automation processes. Analyze and review operational procedures of clients and suggest updated sequence in relation to work procedures and automobile parts inventory management. Work with clients to optimize utilization of equipment, materials, technology, and personnel to maximize efficiency in overall operations. Design control systems that minimize costs and inventory issues. Prepare reports for client identifying deficiencies in company operations and proposing alternative and cost-effective methods to improve. Works with the business unit leadership team to develop strategies in order to advance the business unit's performance targets.
